光华-罗特曼信息和资本市场研究中心由北京大学光华管理学院和多伦多大学罗特曼管理学院共同支持创办，是一个国际化的信息和资本市场研究机构。中心通过田野调查研究和深度学习方法来深刻理解中国资本市场、比较发达的经济体和新兴市场的信息质量和公司治理实践。

中心连续4年发布透明度指数和白皮书，希望以此促进中国资本市场对ESC的重视程度，支持经济社会低碳、高质量、可持续发展。2020年11月4日，以光华-罗特曼信息和资本市场研究中心研制的透明度指数作为主要依据，新财富推出第二届“最佳上市公司”颁奖典礼。200余位专家学者、监管机构代表、上市公司董事长以及投资机构高管等齐聚一堂，共同探讨中国资本市场高质量发展之路。

中心研究团队基于智联招聘大数据，深入分析100万＋家企业、3000万条＋职位数据，解读疫情下的就业大考，并全文发布《疫情之下的就业大考—新冠疫情对劳动力市场、中国及全球产业链影响—基于招聘大数据的分析和预测》报告。为促进科技在会计和金融领域的应用，光华-罗特曼信息和资本市场研究中心联合香港中文大学深圳高等金融研究院举办每年二次的智能信息检索和会计金融研究国际会议，海内外专家学者就文本分析、非结构化数据分析、机器学习、人工智能在会计和金融领域的应用等方面在会上进行了分享与讨论。

The Guanghua-Rotman Center for Information and Capital Markets, jointly supported by the Guanghua School of Management of Peking University and the Rotman School of Management of the University of Toronto, is an international information and capital market research institution. Through fieldwork and deep learning methods, the center deeply understands the information quality and corporate governance practices of China's capital markets, relatively developed economies and emerging markets.

The center has released the transparency index and white paper for four consecutive years, hoping to promote the attention of China's capital market to ESC and support low-carbon, high-quality and sustainable economic and social development. On November 4, 2020, based on the transparency index developed by the Guanghua-Rotman Information and Capital Market Research Center, New Wealth launched the second "Best Listed Company" award ceremony. More than 200 experts and scholars, representatives of regulatory agencies, chairmen of listed companies and senior executives of investment institutions gathered together to discuss the high-quality development of China's capital market.

Based on the big data of Zhaopin's recruitment, the research team of the center deeply analyzed the data of 1 million+ companies and 30 million+ positions, interpreted the employment examination under the epidemic, and released the full report "Employment Examination under the Epidemic - The Impact of the New Crown Epidemic on the Labor Market, China and the Global Industrial Chain - Analysis and Prediction Based on Recruitment Big Data". In order to promote the application of science and technology in the field of accounting and finance, the Guanghua-Rotman Center for Information and Capital Markets and the Shenzhen Institute of Finance of the Chinese University of Hong Kong jointly held the biannual International Conference on Intelligent Information Retrieval and Accounting and Financial Research, where experts and scholars at home and abroad shared and discussed text analysis, unstructured data analysis, machine learning, and the application of artificial intelligence in the field of accounting and finance.
